Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We encourage you to also review the following information about our shipping and processing fees. All orders will be shipped within 72 Business Hours based on availability. Back Ordered products will be flagged as such on product description pages. US Domestic Orders are shipped via First Class Mail. International Orders are based on product volume, which can be determined before final checkout and are shipped US Global Priority Mail in areas where available.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
SkinnyBizTraining.com reserves the right to offer a 100% Refund or Replacement for Defective Product. Purchaser must return product within 14 days to SkinnyBizTraining.com via Registered Mail. Upon receipt and confirmation that product is defective, refund or replacement will be offered and issued.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for annual subscribers.

Due to the expenses incurred to maintain the SkinnyBizTraining.com Website and connected operations, Memberships are Annual; they are NOT subscriptions.
The YEARLY MEMBERSHIP FEE advertised for payment in one (1) lump sum; currently $100.00 Annually.
THE MEMBERSHIP will NOT be prorated or refunded due to a Member's choice not to continue participation or utilize acces to resources purchased. Cancellation prior to end of the term will not be eligible for a refund. Members who cancel their Membership prior to the expiration of their Membership period may be required to wait for a one (1) year period prior to being allowed to reapply for and/or be accepted again as a Member of SkinnyBizTraining.com. Renewal of Annual Membership will continue as long as Member is in current good standing and has not cancelled within the previous year. Cancellation of Membership must be done by sending a cancellation request to cancellation@SkinnyBizTraining.com. We cannot refund or prorate the annual membership fees.
